I would like to share my experience with current and prospective clients of Your Move, Surbiton. Manager of Surbiton sales is Michael White, immediately he took office in Surbiton during the period of my sale with your move he was pro active in getting the ball rolling to achieve a sale before the stamp duty change of rule deadline. He worked continuously, contacting the buyers and sellers solicitors, to generate dialogue between them to achieve a sale. Anything I asked if Michael, he immediately followed up. When visiting the estate agents in person, if he had a client he would take the time to solve their problem, in one case it was for a person who was renting a property. I didn't mind waiting in the office until he had finished with the client, because I could see he wanted to tie up all loose ends and solve the problem for the client. I thought if he does the same for me, as he did, that is good enough for me. Further, whilst waiting in the office I was offered coffee by his understudy Sam. Nice touch. Finally, like to say this is a well run office with good people on the sales and renting side.
