Rowlands Gill is a beautiful greenbelt area in Tyne and Wear with lots of open space and stunning views across the valley and River Derwent. As well as being a small, picturesque town, Rowlands Gill is well-equipped for local amenities and benefits from being in such close proximity to Newcastle Upon Tyne.
