“I know the Birmingham property well, and the communities within it, and can use this to advise my customers how best to approach their sale or let. Often it relates to the promotion of the property, and how to attract the best buyers and tenants i.e. those who are most likely to be interested in the property and be in the best position to proceed. Knowing the local communities also means I know that many customers appreciate the fact that we offer valuation appointments on both Saturdays and Sundays – not something that many agents offer. I’ve also conducted valuations for new build sites too – meaning I usually have a good idea of what properties are available in the City and can match these to the buyers and tenants registered with us.
The fact that I also speak Urdu and English also seems to be welcomed and I’ve personally really appreciated the opportunity to help customers who may otherwise have faced difficulties in dealing with an estate agent because of language barriers.
I’m really pleased with my appointment and simply can’t wait to show even more customers across the City what I, and my support team, can do to assist them in selling, buying, letting or renting a property – here or further afield. It’s something I’ve been doing successfully for so many customers and can’t wait to do more in the future.”
