There is free parking and a variety of high street names including Marks & Spencer, Next, Boots and Argos. Conveniently positioned at just half a mile off junction 21 on the M1.

 

Commute

There are two big employers in the area; Santander and Next, both of which have located their headquarters in the county. In addition to this Meridian Business Park is another draw for employment. If you’re wishing to commute there are some excellent transport links to surrounding cities, London being a 2 hour drive and Birmingham just shy of an hour on a clear run.

 

Schools

If you are a new parent to the area, Badgerbrook Primary has an excellent reputation, they pride themselves on being an inclusive school, celebrating diversity and were rated outstanding in their last Ofsted inspection. In terms of further education, Countesthorpe Leysland Community College also has a very good reputation and many students go on to university, including Cambridge and Oxford.
