When you sell a house through Your Move Dundee, you won't pay us any Agency Fee until you complete the sale.
The Agency Fee we charge is based on a number of factors. We offer either a % fee or a fixed amount option and we will discuss this with you when you value your property.
For customers not wanting to pay any fee, we offer a revolutionary online property auction system which can allow customers to sell their properties quickly, for the best price possible and without having to pay any agency fees. This is called the Modern Method of Auction.
