Why move to Gorleston?

Gorleston is a popular seaside resort located to the south of Great Yarmouth, on the mouth of the river Yare. Its main attraction is its sandy Edwardian Beach with its long promenade, model boat pond, seaside gardens and theatre. The main high street is a hub of local activity with many local shops and familiar high street brands. Local facilities are in abundance with numerous highly rated bars and restaurants, golf club and direct transport links to Norwich.

Location

Further south along the coast the village of Hopton enjoys a quieter existence. With a small number of shops, bars and restaurants all within close proximity to its own more secluded beach. The larger town of Great Yarmouth is located to the north with its wide range of tourist attractions, vibrant seafront and bustling streets.

The Local Market

The Market around Gorleston and Great Yarmouth varies significantly from rows of terraced properties close to many of the areas best facilities to executive detached properties benefiting from sea views. Prices have increased significantly over the past few years with demand increasing significantly. Outlying villages beyond the towns offer plenty of choice and property prices remail competitive.
