But these two incredible ladies, Rachel and Lou, were absolute gems. They spent hours listening to me explain everything, and they had the patience of a saint!
They truly treat you like family, and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work. Rachel even went above and beyond to deal with a problematic tenant who wasn't even on their books yet. That's dedication right there!
