Local market
Wallington is know for boasting keenly priced properties compared to much of the London market with average prices for two bedroom flats being 250k to 300k and three bedroom family houses at around 500k (as of Spring 2021).
We offer a wonderful family community with great grammar school, shopping and bus routes including the 127 to Tooting Broadway. Local parks include Beddington Park and Mellows Park.
Location
Local towns to Wallington include, Croydon, Sutton, Carshalton and Purley. With an easy drive you are in the Surrey countryside, area's such as Box Hill which was a major section of the cycle route during the 2012 Olympics.
Over the years our town has grown and with it a great shopping centre including Wallington Square (indoor shopping), wonderful coffee shops and supermarkets. Wallington features two large supermarkets, Sainsbury's and Lidl with many pretty coffee shops and a covered shopping precinct called Wallington Square.
Local attractions and leisure include the Wallington Lavender Fields, Carshalton Ponds, Westcroft Leisure Centre River Wandle (The Wandle Walk) and Beddington Park.
Commute
Wallington offers great bus routes to Croydon, Tooting, Sutton and Purley. Situated in South London, Wallington has great access to Central London. The closest airports are Gatwick – 17 miles and Heathrow – 38 miles (by car).
