From my own perspective looking for short term rent due to relocating, i found the whole experience to have been dealt with in a concise and professional manner. In particular my main point of contact was Brooke who was extremely helpful, informative and kept in regular contact to keep me updated on the process. It did come as a surprise to be informed that Brooke was new to this particular role and my biggest compliment that i can give is that she conducted herself in a very professional manner that i wasnt even aware that she was new to the business. Joe contacted me immediately after viewing the property and was very knowledgeable about relevant details, something I didn’t get from other estate agents when looking for an initial valuation. Since they took on the sale of the property until completion all staff have been fast to respond to any emails or phone calls and at providing me with updates. A big thank you to Ellie for being patient with me when things got complicated and for how she handled my concerns.
