these guys at your move Basingstoke were so helpful when i moved into our house, they were always available not just before the move but after as well. they were keen to make sure the move was as stress free as possible and helped out when ever we had problems. Upon first payment we did have an issue with communication but they were quick to sort it out with the landlord. thumps up :)

I was looking for a flat to rent with my son, had begun searching last year without any luck. Then I enquired about a place with Your Move Basingstoke, and Jordanne contacted me. I found her to be friendly, approachable, informative and also very considerate of my feelings as I was in a difficult situation. I have now secured a flat, with her help, knowledge and wonderful customer service. If I found a problem she would find a way to help me sort it, if I was unsure of something she gave great guidance. Jordanne has been a pleasure to liaise with throughout the process. I also spoke with Thalia and Sam, each were equally friendly, understanding and helpful. I can't recommend this team highly enough.
