We have recently sold our house using Your Move. The team there, Paul, Mark and Jo did an amazing job with viewings and keeping us updated.
When we decided to sell we spoke to 3 agents and we quickly settled on Paul and Your Move. The others suggested some very ambitious (and unrealistic) prices and some quite expensive changes to the house.
Paul was great, we agreed on a realistic sale price that Paul was able to explain using supporting evidence and it left us reassured that we had put our trust in the right person and company. We had an offer in 6 weeks and we could not be happier.
I would highly recommend Your Move over any other estate agent in the area.

Having viewed a property with yourselves some months prior to putting ours on the market, Your Move made contact following the quick sale on our current home to see whether we needed help in finding our next home, which we did.
Chloe and Pete have been extremely helpful, as we gave some specifics on what we needed ideally on our next family home but also the areas we wanted to move to. Following which, the team were very proactive and kept in regular communication with us as and when anything suitable came to market.
We have secured a lovely property in a beautiful location which accommodates everything we need, and are very much looking forward to moving in. We can't thank the team enough who have liaised with the landlord on several occasions and helped us with our long list of queries and several visits along the way.

I would just like to say how happy i have been with your service especially the dealing with Chloe who is managing my let. I have never used an estate agent to let my property before and Chloe explained in detail all aspects on how the system works and has kept me completely up to date by email reference the viewings. I would really use Your Move Bromsgrove if i came to sell this property. Customer service is exceptional so far
