I will start by saying that prior to meeting with Andrew Nicholson, when we put our mother’s home onto the market, that me and my sister had no affiliation to him or any of his staff and given that I live in the south west I started the sale process by looking at Crewe estate agent reviews and narrowing our choice down from those reviews. From our first meeting it was clear that Andrew was head and shoulders above his opposition; his depth of knowledge, honesty, experience, and positivity, shone through and my sister and I both decided before the end of that first meeting that he was the man for the job. Throughout the house sale process he did not disappoint. Despite setbacks from time wasting potential buyers, Andrew drew on his extensive experience to constantly reassure us that he would complete the sale and answered every question that we put to him without hesitation always answering honestly and (as it always transpired) accurately. In my own experience of buying and selling houses I have never met an estate agent as proficient as Andrew Nicholson. If every person that I dealt with in life was as honest, capable, reliable, and contactable, as he is then my life would be a lot easier. Andrew and his staff made what was at times a rather trying, through no fault of him or his staff, sale process at lot easier and it is clear that his experience is what makes him so competent. My words and a five star review do not do Your Move Andrew Nicholson justice and so I will end by saying that I highly recommend them as consummate experts in what they do.
