She really went the extra mile to help me out – even arranged for me to drop off my documents at a Leeds branch instead of travelling to Northampton, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. They were punctual, well-prepared, and provided detailed information about the property, as well as insights into the local area. Sophie was friendly and approachable, I appreciated her honest and transparent approach. Although I have only had one viewing with them so far, my experience was very positive.
