We had a great experience moving with Your Move from the viewings all the way until completion. We mainly dealt with Garry, Matthew and then finally Kara. Garry and Matthew dealt with our enquiries and viewings, besides our first ever viewing being with Lewis who was very friendly and comfortable to be around. Garry was very helpful with our difficult purchase (nationwide were awful!) and he liased with our broker and solicitor with urgency whenever something needed updating. Matthew who has since left Your Move was really professional and gave us a lovely experience viewing our now home! Finally Kara was the one at the end of the process who phoned to tell us things we're all moving well towards our completion date and she also phoned us to tell us the keys were ready. She sounded genuinely excited for us on the phone which was really lovely, then when we collected the keys she was really chatty and seemed to have really cared about our experience. Thank you Your Move, from two happy first time buyers!

Many thanks to Josh, the lettings manager at YOUR MOVE Exmouth and equally thanks to Esamee, the lettings negotiator. Both definitely deserve a lot of praise for their help in finding me new tenants for the next year and this for BOTH of my properties. Not only did they listen exactly to all my various requirements and rent expectations, but also they went out their way to take new pictures and list the properties early in the year and all with great attention to detail. They kept me up to date with all progress made and always acted in a very professional manner. As a result, in the shortest of time, they got me new tenants for both properties for next season and at the rent levels that I was hoping for. Also they help me with any potential legal and accounting issues that I may have and do so throughout the year and hence I am really happy with their various services and their can-do approach and would highly recommend them to anyone, looking for help with all aspects of property letting, especially also with these somewhat more complex student rental properties.
