After having issue after issue with previous estate agents when trying to find a property to rent, I was ultimately nervous about going through the process again. However, Chloe and Gina have made the whole process go so smoothly, any issues or questions they’ve been readily available and willing to help however they can. Chloe went above and beyond to squeeze us into a tight schedule so we could view a house last minute which turned out to end up being the house we chose to rent. Gina was also on it to help me sort an issue we came across and helped us to resolve it quickly. I really can’t fault either of them at all.

Recently got a properly through this branch with the help of Chloe and Gina and they were very helpful! They made it very easy for me, my partner and themselves to communicate with eachother by creating a group chat which I thought was a brilliant idea! Was much easier than having to send about 4 messages to different people. On the whole out experience with them was smooth and quick especially with it being the build up to Christmas at the time, thank you for all your help :)
