Despite obtaining a prospective property from another estate agent, I am so grateful to Mr Ben Treloar for his help in the house search. Ben is very professional, kind, patient and very generous with his advice from his expertise regarding the house searching/buying process. He handled me with a lot of grace and humility for which I am very grateful for. For example, one Friday evening when I first had a viewing with him, I was late as I struggled to get to the address of the house. However, Ben patiently waited for me till I got there. Even though I was not successful in making an offer for the property, Ben kept in touch to help me find other favourable properties. Despite rejecting some of the houses he shared as they had not fitted my criteria, Ben did not give up on helping to find me something that I was looking for. Absolutely brilliant team which we used to buy our house but would 100% use to sell our next property too. From the 1st viewing (Branch Manager arranging it out of office hours) to the weekly updates, going way above and beyond in the communications between all parties and then feeling like they're emotionally invested too - having real empathy and great personality to get the move over the line.
