YourMove were at the buying end of our move to Bristol, with Martin Barbour as the agent. We felt we could have complete confidence in him. We almost lost the sale of our previous house on two occasions and Martin kept everyone calm and the chain intact. He was fair to us as buyers as well as to the vendor for whom he was acting. He communicated well, was regularly in touch and was responsive to our calls. He was a safe pair of hands at a time when buyers and sellers all along the chain were anxious. Estate agents get a bad press, but we found that ours were very focused on the people in the chain - not just the properties. We would recommend YourMove on the basis of our experience and Martin Barbour in particular.
