I rented out my property for about 8 years via Your Move, until I was in a position to sell it.
I don’t really have a positive view of estate agents but I will say Chris Warren has been solid, truthful and dependable the whole time Ive worked with him.
The team in the office have been great with me this last 12 months. They are so quick and adaptive, they don’t fill your head with magic and have realistic ideas of prices and market conditions.
I hope I never need to sell again, but if I did I would use Chris.

Straight to business and attention to every little detail . I have come across agencies here in Gateshead and left feeling in some type of way but with Rightmove, every step was encouraging and exciting.

The team at Your Move Low Fell have been a fantastic help with our first rental property. Chris kindly talked us through the process, spending time at the property with us to go through everything we needed. Amy was brilliant at sorting all of the paperwork and updating us on what was happening and when. Within a week of marketing, we had 16 viewings and 12 offers - more than we could have hoped for. The chosen tenant has just moved in today and all of the team have been such a big help getting us to this stage. Thank you also to Andrew for keeping everything on track for the move in date. We would definitely recommend using the Low Fell branch :)
