Your Move New Cross not only made our sale possible, but they truly had our back throughout - especially branch manager Phil Cantell. They said they would, but truly exceeded expectations. They gave sensible pricing advice and got the property on the market in all the usual places. When we had two offers they guided us in choosing the right one. They spent a lot of time extracting replies from our large freeholder, completing enquiries and satisfying mortgage providers regarding fire risk / cladding. You'd think that would be enough, but when things weren't as straightforward as hoped they facilitated meetings; hounded our useless solicitors; were a go-between and keyholders for an extraordinary storage solution. Perhaps the most important thing is that this was all done with an assuredness. They've been in the area for years, have dealt with our freeholder before, dealt with cladding. This gave us confidence when we were freaking out - sometimes Phil would be chasing more than I was to get something resolved. And the little things mattered to - the phone was picked up. Emails and voice messages were replied to within a normal timeframe. We didn't once have to hassle them, and the office was open at the stated hours if we needed to drop in. We tried selling via another high street agent before but it failed - the difference in service was night and day. And all for a most competitive fee. I don't know everyone's names in the branch but Michael, Nathan and especially Phil restored my faith in Estate Agents and then some.
