Our property was a rural cottage and took a while to find a buyer due to its age and nature. The team at Your Move Oswestry were brilliant and really easy to deal with. Sam and Rebecca did most of the viewings and Deb did a few as well. They managed them well and kept us informed at every stage making sure that possible buyers were given answers to any questions they had. Once we had a buyer Rebecca kept us informed and helped to keep things moving when there were a few 'pauses' in the process. She made sure we could get an exchange and completion date that worked for us and for our buyer and negotiated these with the solicitors. Steve (the manager) was exceptional. He gave us great advice from the first contact onward including taking extra photos to help with the marketing of our house and he even helped us with our purchase although it wasn't a property that they were selling (his advice on the offering and negotiation process saved us a considerable amount of money and stress). His recommendaton of solicitor (Willsons) was absolutely spot-on as they were very efficient. Overall we were really pleased with the service that we received from them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Your Move Oswestry.

We used Your Move Oswestry to buy our property which completed a couple of weeks ago.Samuel Jones helped us through the process and was extremely helpful especially recommending a local surveyor to do the buyers report on the property as we were looking for a local firm as we did not know the area too well moving into Shropshire area for the first time.
