I live in the USA and they gave me a huge amount of confidence with their market knowledge, the fact that they always had their finger on the pulse during the conveyancing process and their excellent, caring and prompt communication. They achieved over the asking price for my family and I, and went above and beyond to take care of aspects of the process that I, as the customer, would usually have been responsible for if I was in the UK.
