We have recently had to deal with selling our parents house due to them being in care . Karen mcvennon came out to see the house and advised us on the best way forward. We honestly could not thank her enough for the advice and understanding and support she gave us within this difficult time . She had so much knowledge of all the many hurdles we may face and how to manage them going forward. We are very grateful for her help and wealth of knowledge in this area . We could definatley recommend this lady and your move if your facing a similar dilemma to us or even just if your selling your own home and not your parents house, as we've sold our own property with your move in the past and always had a good expsrisnce .
