From the very first point of contact they were brilliant, very supportive and patient. I believe throughout my sale I must have spoken to the whole team at one time or another and all were excellent and quick to provide me with any help I needed. At the beginning I mainly dealt with Julia who kept me informed and up to date with how things were progressing, then I moved over to Sharon who also provided me with all the support I needed to help me with my first ever sale thru to completion. At no point did I feel abandoned or left in limbo and i knew I was able to call to discuss any issues or queries I may have had. All in all i would have no quarms recommending this branch to anyone selling or purchasing a property they really do go above and beyond Thank you

Incredible service. Your Move Whitley Bay gave me confidence to sell my home during very difficult circumstances. They were professional throughout, with excellent communication at every stage and so reassuring from the beginning. From the initial chats and ongoing guidance with Julia Johnson, the valuation with Tracey Cooper which was so sensitively done, Ella Bryden who arranged many many viewings, the professionalism from Sharon Brown (who was the constant) and calm/experienced overview from Susan Usher were all absolutely brilliant (the other members of the team were also excellent). They kept me updated during the whole process and were so helpful and generous with their time and knowledge. They were also very good listeners, being kind, robust and levelheaded during more complicated moments. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience and would highly recommend.
