Our choice of Anscombs for the sale of our property was more or less random, but turned out to be a great decision. After initial contact with Craig, who came to make the valuation, our sale was picked up by the marvellous Emma Penny, who surfed the highs and lows of sale and purchase along with us, chasing up buyers, seller, agents, solicitors and at times seeming to hold the whole edifice up in her capable hands! We recently worked with Your Move for the sale of our property and the purchase of a new one, and the experience was outstanding. Despite not having our house listed when we found the property we wanted, Your Move moved very quickly. Within a day of instructing them, their team had arranged professional photography, listed our property online, and secured a buyer by the end of the week. A special mention goes to Sam Broadley, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Sam kept us regularly updated on the progress of the chain, tirelessly chased other agents and solicitors, and ensured everything stayed on track right up until completion. Even after the sale was finalised, Sam followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly, demonstrating genuine care and attention. Your Move, and particularly Sam, made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and well-managed.
