Rented and sold property via Your Move
I rented out my property for about 8 years via Your Move, until I was in a position to sell it.
I don’t really have a positive view of estate agents but I will say Chris Warren has been solid, truthful and dependable the whole time Ive worked with him.
The team in the office have been great with me this last 12 months. They are so quick and adaptive, they don’t fill your head with magic and have realistic ideas of prices and market conditions.
I hope I never need to sell again, but if I did I would use Chris.

But these two incredible ladies, Rachel and Lou, were absolute gems. They spent hours listening to me explain everything, and they had the patience of a saint!
They truly treat you like family, and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work. Rachel even went above and beyond to deal with a problematic tenant who wasn't even on their books yet. That's dedication right there!
And let's not forget about Joe, the branch manager, who took the time to help me out as well. This team really goes above and beyond, and I am so grateful for their personal touch. They don't treat you like just another person on the phone - it's a truly personal service from everyone.

We used the Carlisle letting office and Jessica and Laura has been excellent, very helpful and found us our 3 tenants very quickly. We would very much recommend them .
