MyMove App FAQs

Is there a Your Move app?

There is a website based app, which means it can only be installed through your account. You won’t find it in the App Store or Google Play. When you login to your MyMove account and follow the steps to complete your account, one of those steps is “Install app”. Then follow your device prompts.

If your device uses FaceID, this can be enabled once the app is installed.

Why can’t I find the MyMove app in the App Store or Google Play?

It does not appear in the app store or Google Play because it is a website based app, not a traditional app. After you have logged into your account on your phone and installed the app through your account area, the MyMove app appears on your device home screen and behaves like any other app.

Facial recognition can be set up and notifications can be received and customised.

Is the MyMove app free?

Yes, the MyMove app is free to install and use.

Is the MyMove app available for my device (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.)? Can I access the app on multiple devices?

Yes it is and you can install the app on a phone, tablet or computer.
