  • The competition runs from midnight 9th December to midnight 20th December. The competition runs exactly for 12 days with a prize available to be won each day.

  • The winners for each day will be notified by email the following day.

  • To enter the competition you need to fill out the form on your-move.co.uk and the winners will be selected at random from all the entries.

  • There is 1 prize available per day for 12 days.

  • The Prize is non-transferable, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid or not successfully completed, regardless of cause, including, for example, due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, void, amend or withdraw the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so and also reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

  • By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not, in any circumstances, be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept liability for any loss or damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or that of its employees.
