When you sell a property through Your Move Anscombs you won’t pay us our Estate Agency fee until the sale completes as we operate on an ‘No Sale, No Fee’ basis.

We provide professional photography, floorplans, brochures, internet advertising and social media all of which are presented in a way to capture the essence of your property, evoke emotion and showcase the flow and functionality of the space. 

We create unique, aesthetically pleasing marketing which is designed for maximum impact and reach. The majority of these features are offered by all agents, however, like everything in life, it is our attention to detail and the quality of our marketing that really makes the difference to the price you achieve for your property.

Our competitive estate agency fee will be discussed with you by the Valuer during your valuation and can be offered as either a % of the selling price or as a fixed fee.
