My wife and I let 44 Tulloch Court in Cowdenbeath through ‘Your Move’ Dunfermline in no time thanks to Mathew’s knowledge and experience of the area and his efficiency to ‘get things done’ quickly. The listing was great on Rightmove and we had numerous viewings immediately once the flat went live. The lease agreement was finalised with the tenants quickly and the tenants were vetted and checked. Such a quick turnaround which for a Landlord is exactly what we want. We were kept up to speed and in the loop at every juncture and they were quick to respond to any concerns.
