Laura inspired confidence in me from the moment I met her, and it was apparent that she knew the area well and exactly how to sell the house. The first day on the market she managed to get over a dozen people to tour the house and we had an excellent offer very soon after. All the way through the procedure both Laura and Filipe provided support, including recommending someone to perform the house clearance. I live abroad and can't imagine how difficult the whole procedure would have been without their help, guidance, and support. Absolutely top service.
