From an applicant's perspective so far, dealing with Andrew has been excellent.
He has consistently been pro-active in suggesting other properties to view in the vein of my particular needs, and has remained attentive and his communication has been continuous, a breath of fresh air compared to other agents I have been dealinf with.
During the recent viewing with Andrew, he was no-nonsense and provided all the information a prospective buyer would need when on site. He balanced this with just stepping back at the right time to let me make my own judgements and assumptions, avoiding the trap of calling a spade a spade when conducting viewings.
I look forward to continuing to engage with Andrew and his office as I continue in my property search in The Highlands.
